A simple guide for your Health Checkup Appointment and instructions

Timing for health check up between: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

1. Appointments Saturdays should be schedule 2 days in advance. (Note: department function on all days except Sunday & Holidays)
2. Minimum of 12 Hrs fasting is essential prior to the checkup.
3. May drink water during fasting. Refrain from alcohol at least 12 Hrs prior to the checkup.
4. A small quantity of stool sample should be brought containers may be collected from our Pathology lab.
5. Diabetic patients should not take anti- diabetic drugs in the morning. Please carry the drugs /insulin along with you, to have it with the breakfast.
6. Kindly carry your past medical reports and current medications along with you.
7. Female Executive Urine routine and PAP smear test cannot be done during menstruation (Periods).
8. An Authorization letter from your company is required to avail of services paid by the company.
9. The consultant Physician, based on the standard tests in the packages will give opinion and advice.
10. Any further tests or consultation recommended by the Consultant which is not a part of the package will be charged extra.
11. The availability of reports in such instances will depend on the nature of the tests.
12. Please be informed that certain tests like X-rays are not to be done if you are likely to be pregnant.
13. Ideally mammography and sonomammography should be together to get the best results.
